How does the KWSA School of Real Estate work and what are the terms and conditions?

 

KSCORE, along with its service providers, provide logbook, PDE and NQF4 training and support to help property practitioners become fully qualified as per the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, as well as to help those looking to stat their career in real estate..

All training will be done at the offices of our preferred training providers, or in the Market Centre training room facilitated by a leadership team member.

​

Training will not be available online to individual students. All students must join the training at one of the above mentioned locations to ensure they get the best value. 

​

Cost

​

To ensure our preferred training providers are able to provide their services at the highest level, there will be a fee of R3,000.00 per candidate.

 

Requirements

 

A candidate must:

  • have a matric certificate;

  • have a car;

  • have a laptop;

  • have a mobile phone;

  • meet the PPRA minimum requirements;

  • have a minimum of 6 months real estate experience;

  • have a valid intern FFC certificate; and

  • have a minimum of 10 active listings

Enrolment

​

Enrolment is done via an online application form.

  • A student can only enrol once

  • Qualifying students are required to sign a contract with the KWSA School of Real Estate

  • Qualifying students with a signed contract are sent to a preferred training provider for activation

  • Enrolment is done for a semester. All students must enrol prior to the cut-off date. If the date is missed, they can enrol for the next semester

  • Any student that misses 2+ classes is disqualified from the course and cannot re-enrol

  • Any student that misses 1+ project deadlines is disqualifed from the course and cannot re-enrol

  • Any student that fails or is disqualifed, or leaves KW within 2 years will be charged a fee to cover lost costs (R30,000.00)
