Fiber optic connectors (FO) carry information using entirely optical (light based) technology. They comprise so-called light guides which are made of transparent components such as glass or plastic to transport optical signals in the form of light. Fiber optic adapters play a critical role in ensuring stable and low-loss fiber connections., two fiber connectors) such that light can reliably pass from one to the other with minimal insertion loss and maximum return loss. The fiber optic adapter is different because it comes with its internal alignment sleeve, which can precisely position the fiber optic connector to ensure the accuracy of the connection for a high-performance connection between fiber optic patch cords. 0 PCI Express bridging architecture and Samtec PCIe Gen3 FireFly® optical engine, the MXH952 adapter includes advanced features for.
